Everyone loves good competition. But one of the things people love most is that there are many, and many pricey, small SUVs out there. That's why when comparing the 2021 Mazda CX-30 to the 2021 Toyota C-HR, buyers will be happy to know there's a clear winner.

Drivers typically want to check three boxes when buying a new vehicle - high-quality ride quality, impressive fuel economy and upscale conveniences. Any savvy shopper will search high and low to make sure their needs are met, and we're here to tell you that you don't have to go far.

The Mazda CX-30 and Toyota C-HR are respectable subcompact SUVs in their own right, but one is just shy of the competition.

Well, the Mazda has a LOT more power so it is no doubt faster. And all of the car magazines talk about how the Mazda out handles everything else in its class and price point. So, it comes down to aesthetics in my opinion. The Toyota is more of a busy, "boy racer" look to it and the Mazda looks classier and more refined.
