Hey guys my truck runs great no loss of power no smoke from tailpipe no oil in coolant and no coolant in oil yet she still overheats.the thermostat is fairly new 190 degrees. Im about to get nasty and remove it in case its the cause. Any other suggestions?

I would look at the fan clutch, and do a flow test to make sure your radiator is not restricted. I converted mine to an electric fan and got rid of the fan clutch altogether. I also replaced the water pump and radiator (I have 215K miles on my 91 B2600i SE5 4X4). Now it runs perfectly even in 100plus degree weather. Here is a picture of my one-owner survivor.
