Has anyone ever used a 12-volt air compressor air regulator like the ones people use for electronic boost controllers to replace the factory solenoid that go bad regularly? I've got one for my 92 eagle talon that's made by Ingersoll Rand. Don't see why it wouldn't work but they do cost more but last way longer. Just curious to know if anybody else has ever done this before and these could be mounted in a spot where they stay cold and away from heat.
