Using a 1 ¼ by 1 ½ inch rubber sink stopper (measure to be sure). Drill a hole in the stopper to fit a barbed hose fitting. Attach the stopper to the Power Steering reservoir and to a vacuum pump. Pump until you reach 20 Hg and see that it’s holding steady. Start the car and turn the wheel stop to stop. Check the fluid and repeat as needed. Do not let the reservoir run dry. Be sure to have the front wheels in the air to reduce stress on the rack.
