How to Update the Mazda Axela (Mazda3) Firmware

Hi everyone I'm new here , I'm a new and first time Mazda owner. I bought a 2014 Mazda Axela Sport that is from the Japanese Market. I would like to be directed on how I can update the firmware for the car from that region. I know there are several YT videos on how to do this but I don't want to try since the cars are from different market and the firmware packages might be different. Is there anyone who can help me or guide me to that information? Please and thanks.

Hi, If you want to update firmware for modules(ex. PCM, BCM, TCM ...), I recommend to buy and use vxdaig vcx nano(VXDiag VCX NANO for Ford IDS V129.01 Mazda IDS V129.00 2 in 1 USB Version) -Same function with OEM VCI

And if you want to update firmware for MCU(NAV, MUSIC, upgrade for Android-auto and Apple carplay), I recommend to buy and use kit(ex. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005505909418.html) Your car must have to touch screen like this
