Does your B2000 engine have a B2000 head gasket even if your cylinder head has been changed to a B2200 cylinder head?

Could you have installed the head gasket incorrectly so oil hole(s) are blocked?

Am I correct in assuming that you are cranking the engine with valve cover off (like with coil wire disconnected so engine doesn't start) and see no oil????

You may have mistakenly installed a B2200 or "F2 engine" head gasket, instead of the B2000 or "FE engine" head gasket. If so, you will have a low oil pressure situation, and the oil may not be able to reach the rocker arm assembly. Did you take any photos of the work you did?

Looks right! Somebody said the distributor works the oil pump by a shaft may have come out when I took head off!

Sounds like the someone that said that has worked on domestic V8's and not Mazda 4-bangers! The oil pumps for these Mazda engines are driven by the crankshafts.......the oil pump fits over the front snout of the crankshaft.....so if the crank is rotating, your oil pump is pumping oil......unless you've removed it!

Just be wary of what any ol' "somebody" says or posts about vehicles - always give a thought or three whether it makes sense, or trust someone who has hands-on experience with such vehicle. I have 1970 and 1971 VWs (as well as my B2200 and 2 Frontiers), and some posts I read are entirely ridiculous and off-base.
