Hello,
Our weather being very hot and my wife 2003 Mazda Protege 2.0L needs an new air condition compressor working.
Is it okay to order Hexautoparts ac compressor?
I see this brand A/C is loaded with PAG oil and brand new. Plus the price is afforable.
Any feedback in this forum ?
Thanks a lot.

Most new compressors are ok (and some rebuilt ones). If the compressor had a major failure there are things you must do while replacing it. replace the receiver/drier, replace the expansion valve and flush the Evaporator while the expansion valve is removed. Also check condensor and flush if possible or replace it. Flush all the hoses and reassemble with new o ring (seals). Measure the R134a on recharge. Do not over fill system otherwise you may cause damage to the new compressor as well as causing the system to cycle too often.

I replaced my leaky compressor on my Hyundai Sonata with UAC brand. Bought the entire kit Compressor, condenser and expansion valve and replaced all that. Very happy with the customer service & support I got from UAC.
