car would make rattling noise when releasing the clutch. Changed the pilot bearing, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate. Starter, slave cylinder, throw out bearing. The noise went away after that but wouldn’t shit gear/slave cylinder not engaging. Bled the clutch and now it starts making rattling noise again at idle. Noise goes away when pressure applied to clutch or gas.

Could be bad/worn input shaft bearing on the tranny.
