New CX50 - Can't get parts?

Hello! I bought a new CX50 in October 2022. Hit a deer in January 2023. Minor front end damage. My car has been at the dealership waiting for parts since January. I have talked to the body shop, the dealership and Mazda USA. All that I have been told is the parts are on back-order. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?
