Hi - I have a 2002 5-speed Protege that has the following tires mounted: P195/60R15. Two are new, and two are fairly worn. I have two other tires from another Protege that are: P195/65R15. Could these be used to safely replace the two worn tires?

looking to run a 17"x 7 steel wheels for winter driving on my 2019 cx-5 , tirerack sells the tpms for that wheel, is it ok to not have them installed....yes i realize that i will have a tire press monitor warning
I know the OEM wheels are 17x7. I found some wheels that I like, but not sure if they'll fit. I can't find them in 17x7, but I found them in 17x8 with a +35 offset. Does anyone know whether or not they would fit?
